Peter Huljich

Peter has over 30 years’ experience in the legal, natural resources and banking sectors with particular expertise in M&A, capital markets, mining and commodities.
He has worked in London for several prestigious investment banks with a focus on Commodities and Equity and Debt Capital markets.
He is currently Non-executive Chairman of Amani Gold (ASX:ANL) and of Macro Metals (ASX:M4M).
Julian Barnes

Julian Barnes is a geologist with over 37 years’ experience in major exploration and development projects. Previously, he was Executive Vice President Dundee Precious Metals, and he founded and led Resource Service Group which ultimately became RSG Global then sold to Coffey Mining.
Mr Barnes is also a director of ASX listed Adriatic Metals Limited (ASX: ADT) and TSX-V listed Thor Explorations Ltd (TSX-V: THX).
Thomas Corr

Mr Corr is a founding Director and Shareholder of ZMI with 20 years’ experience in capital markets. He has also been involved in numerous transactions for listed and unlisted companies.>
Mr Corr was responsible for identifying the potential of Kildare and successfully acquiring the projects.
Greg Ross

Greg Ross has over 35 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing and technology commercialisation across the mining, industrial, petrochemical and oil and gas sectors.
He previously served as Country Manager of Aker Solutions in Australia, overseeing regional sales and major projects across Asia Pacific. Greg later joined KC8 Capture Technologies, helping advance its carbon capture technology through large-scale pilot deployment, and currently serves as a non-executive director.
Greg Swan

CFO & Joint-Company Secretary
Mr Swan is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the formation and development of publicly listed natural resources companies. Mr Swan was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for IperionX Limited (ASX:IPX, NASDAQ:IPX), an ASX 200 metals and materials company using patented metal technologies to produce high performance titanium alloys, at lower energy, cost and carbon emissions.
Mr Swan also has extensive expertise in secondary listings for ASX-listed companies on alternative international stock exchanges, and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for several listed companies.
Jerry Monzu

Joint-Company Secretary
Mr Jerry Monzu is a founding director of Capella Corporate Consulting and has provided Company Secreterial, CFO and Directorial services to a number of listed and unlisted entities on the ASX, AIM and JSE stock exchanges.
During his career Mr Monzu has held senior financial accounting and management roles in large multinational mining and oil and gas companies.
